Let K be a local field with residue characteristic p and let L/K totally ramified extension of degree pk. In this paper we show that if has only two distinct indices inseparability then there exists uniformizer πL for L whose minimum polynomial over at most three terms. This leads to an explicit classification extensions inseparability. Our extends work Amano, who considered the case k=1.
