This paper considers a probabilistic inventory model with uniform leadtime demand and fuzzy cost components under probabilistic and imprecise constraints. Firstly we solve the model by general fuzzy non-linear programming technique. Then intuitionistic fuzzy optimization technique is applied and finally, regarding the optimization of the objective function a comparative study is presented among...

This paper looks at a new method of modelling non-l inear dynamic processes, using grid-type Sugeno fuzzy models and a priori knowledge. The proposed hybrid fuzzy convolution dynamic model consists of a non-linear fuzzy steady-state static, and a gain-independent impulse response model-based dynamic part. The modelling of non-linear pH processes is chosen as a realistic case study for the demon...

Using the notion of an anti fuzzy point and its besideness to and non-quasicoincidence with a fuzzy subset, some new concept of an anti fuzzy interior ideals in LA-semigroups are introduced and their interrelations and related properties are investigated. We also introduce the notion of a strongly besideness and strongly non-quasicoincidence of an anti fuzzy point with a fuzzy subset and charac...

In the present paper, we give a new approach to Caristi's fixed pointtheorem on non-Archimedean fuzzy metric spaces. For this we define anordinary metric $d$ using the non-Archimedean fuzzy metric $M$ on a nonemptyset $X$ and we establish some relationship between $(X,d)$ and $(X,M,ast )$%. Hence, we prove our result by considering the original Caristi's fixedpoint theorem.

This paper,  applies the concept  of KM-fuzzy metric spaces and  introduces a novel concept of KM-fuzzy metric  graphs based on KM-fuzzy metric spaces.  This study, investigates the finite KM-fuzzy metric spaces with respect to metrics and KM-fuzzy metrics and constructs KM-fuzzy metric spaces on any given non-empty sets. It tries to  extend   the concept of KM-fuzzy metric spaces to  a larger ...

In many fields, especially in environmetrics and social sciences, it is impossible to obtain exact quantitative data about a variable of interest. Many researchers have suggested that vague, non-precise observations should be described by fuzzy sets. Fuzzy set theory originated by Zadeh (1965) relies on ordering relations that express intensity (degree) of membership of an object in a set. Appl...

Systems containing uncertainty are traditionally analyzed with probabilistic methods. However, for non-linear, non-Gaussian systems solutions can sometimes be very di4cult to obtain. The focus of this work is to determine if in such cases fuzzy dynamic system models may provide an alternative approach that more easily leads us to a good solution. In this paper, we present a fuzzy estimator whos...

This paper proposes fuzzy regression analysis with non-symmetric fuzzy coefficients. By assuming non-symmetric triangular fuzzy coefficients and applying the quadratic programming formulation, the center of the obtained fuzzy regression model attains more central tendency compared to the one with symmetric triangular fuzzy coefficients. For a data set composed of crisp inputs-fuzzy outputs, two...

Non-monotonic fuzzy measures induced by an intuitinistic fuzzy set are introduced. Then, using the Choquet integral with respect to the non-monotonic fuzzy measure, the weighted distance between two intuitionistic fuzzy sets is defined. As it will be shown here, under some conditions, the weighted distance coincides with the Hamming distance.

recently, gasimov and yenilmez proposed an approach for solving two kinds of fuzzy linear programming (flp) problems. through the approach, each flp problem is first defuzzified into an equivalent crisp problem which is non-linear and even non-convex. then, the crisp problem is solved by the use of the modified subgradient method. in this paper we will have another look at the earlier defuzzifi...
