A digital fibromyxoma is a rare soft tissue tumor, which occurs in the finger and toes around subungual periungual region. Histopathologically, it consists of well-circumscribed unencapsulated dermal tumor composed spindle stellate cells loose fascicular pattern embedded myxocollagenous stroma. We report this case superficial acral presenting as an asymptomatic mass greater toe middle age female.
