Before COVID‐19 hit, the day‐to‐day work of running a college athletics department required lots planning and communication. But once pandemic impacted sports, communication presented unfamiliar challenges for administrators everywhere, including Doug Spiwak, Director Athletics at Harper College, who first began working in 1982.
