This paper is a brief intoduction to the αǫ-calculus – a calculus of communication and duplication inspired by the structure of the classical quantifiers. We will summarize the results of a paper in preparation on connections between extensions of the calculus, sequent systems/proof nets for classical logic, and Herbrand’s theorem.

The System of Linear Equations Problem (SLEP) is specified by a complex invertible matrix $A$, the condition number $\kappa$ vector $b$, Hermitian $M$ and an accuracy $\epsilon$, task to estimate $x^\dagger Mx$, where $x$ solution equation $Ax = b$. We aim establish lower bound on complexity end-to-end quantum algorithms for SLEP with respect devise algorithm that saturates this bound. To make ...

In \cite{Bahamonde:2019zea}, a spherically symmetric black hole (BH) was derived from the quadratic form of $f(T)$. Here we derive associated energy, invariants curvature, and torsion this BH demonstrate that higher-order contribution renders singularity weaker compared with Schwarzschild general relativity (GR). Moreover, calculate thermodynamic quantities reveal effect higher--order on these ...

Green developed an arithmetic regularity lemma to prove a strengthening of Roth's theorem on progressions in dense sets. It states that for every $\epsilon > 0$ there is some $N\_0(\epsilon)$ such $N \ge N\_0(\epsilon)$ and $A \subset \[N]$ with $|A| = \alpha N$, nonzero $d$ $A$ contains at least $(\alpha^3 - \epsilon) N$ three-term common difference $d$. We the minimum Green's exponential towe...

The high-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin (Ig) E (Fc epsilon RI) on mast cells and basophils plays a key role in IgE-mediated allergies. Fc epsilon RI is composed of one alpha, one beta, and two gamma chains, which are all required for cell surface expression of Fc epsilon RI, but only the alpha chain is involved in the binding to IgE. Fc epsilon RI-IgE interaction is highly species specifi...

the aim of this study was to determine the presence of toxin genes in clostridium perfringens isolated from 200minced meat samples using molecular typing. for this purpose, after isolation of clostridium perfringens using conventional culture method and confirmation by specific 16srd na gene pcr, alpha (cpa), beta (cpb), beta 2 (cpb2),epsilon (etx), iota (ia) and enterotoxin (cpe) genes were in...

Two subjects, of 11,000 healthy individuals screened, were found to be missing three and four immunoglobulin isotypes, respectively (IgA1, IgG2, and IgG4; IgA1, IgG2, IgG4, and IgE), and have been analyzed at the DNA level by means of Southern blotting and Ig heavy-chain-specific probes. A broad deletion within the heavy-chain constant region (C) gene cluster was found on chromosome 14 of both ...

To investigate the role of thymic myoid cells in the pathogenesis of myasthenia gravis (MG), mRNA of nonneoplastic thymuses from eight MG patients was analyzed by dot blot hybridization for the occurrence of acetylcholine receptor (AChR) subunit transcripts, using the five AChR-subunit cDNAs (alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and epsilon) as probes. Attention was particularly paid to the gamma- and ep...

The sequences of the genes for the nine subunits of ATP synthase in the thermophilic cyanobacterium Synechococcus 6716 have been determined. The genes were identified by comparison of the encoded proteins with sequences of ATP synthase subunits in other species, and confirmed for subunits alpha, beta, delta and epsilon, by determining their N-terminal sequences. They are arranged at three separ...
