Rumex is an important genus of the Polygonaceae family. It represented in Türkiye by 28 species (but two are suspicious) and seven hybrids. There nine Istanbul. bucephalophorus a rare dune plant known from only places. In contrast, R. crispus species, particular, has been collected most areas.
