Efficient olefin aziridination has been achieved with a tris(triazolyl)methane copper catalyst supported onto polystyrene. Aryl, alkyl and methoxycarbonyl-substituted olefins are converted into N-tosylaziridines in good to high yields. The solid is readily separated by filtration recycled, allowing its reuse no significant loss of the catalytic activity.

本研究では,リサイクルポリスチレン (PS) を用いた高温圧縮成形における成形条件の検討による成形品内の空隙低減を目的としている。リサイクル材を原料に戻す工程を削除することにより,コストや CO2 の削減が可能となる。また,色が混ざらないために,これまでの樹脂成形方法では表現できなかった色彩やデザインが成形可能になると考えられる。成形品の形状は最も一般的な板形状とした。また,成形品の特性として,板厚と曲げ強度を測定している。通常の金型による高温圧縮成形では,板材内部に空隙が発生している。そのため,内部空隙を除去する目的から,逐次成形と下部加熱成形による成形を試みた。結果,下部加熱成形により,板材内部の空隙を大幅に除去することができた。また,逐次成形と下部加熱成形を併用した成形品は,通常方法での成形品と比較し,曲げ強度が 10 % 向上した。
