The Hall conductivity of disordered magnetic systems consisting of hard-core point vortices randomly dropped on the plane with a Poissonian distribution, has a behavior analogous to the one observed experimentally by R. J. Haug, R. R. Gerhardts, K. v. Klitzling and K. Ploog, with repulsive scatterers [1]. We also argue that models of homogeneous magnetic field with disordered potential, have ne...
Thin films of Na, K, Rb, and Cs are quench condensed, then covered with 1/100 of a monolayer of Ti and finally covered with the original host. The magnetization of the films is measured by means of the anomalous Hall effect. An anomalous Hall resistance R is observed for Ti on the surface of K, Rb, and Cs and for Ti inside of Cs. Essentially the R varies linearly with the magnetic field and is ...
Liouville type theorems for the stationary Hall‐magnetohydrodynamic equations in local Morrey spaces
This paper is concerned with the Liouville type theorems for 3D stationary incompressible Hall-magnetohydrodynamic (Hall-MHD) equations. We establish that under some sufficient conditions in local Morrey spaces, solutions of Hall-MHD equations are identically zero. In particular, we also prove results MHD on ℝ 3 $$ {\mathbb{R}}^3 . Our extend and generalize classical Navier–Stokes
Dillon Hall forfeited one of its SYRs and must do a com m unity service pro ject as a result o f a "private tailgater” in Ann Arbor, Mich., on Sept. 14 w hich included the hall’s fight song and bright red flag, Dillon Hall President John Hus mann said. The pre-gam e tailgater, w hich was not sponsored by the hall, “appeared as a Dillon gathering so it appeared as a N otre Dame gathering," Hus m...

Let P be a set of n labeled points in the plane. The radial system of P describes, for each p ∈ P , the order in which a ray that rotates around p encounters the points in P \ {p}. This notion is related to the order type of P , which describes the orientation (clockwise or counterclockwise) of every ordered triple in P . Given only the order type, the radial system is uniquely determined and c...
