The subject of time-dependent priorities is a new and potentially useful development in the AHP/ANP literature. It involves making paired comparisons not only of relative dominance of magnitudes as a starting point, but also of rates of change. Dealing with the future of human interaction and decisionmaking is very uncertain and confounding subject. We need caution in developing the subject if ...
We revisit the far from equilibrium escape problem across a fluctuating potential barrier that is driven by asymmetric, unbiased dichotomous noise. Our closed analytical solution for arbitrary noise strengths reveals new aspects of the so-called ‘‘resonant-activation’’ effect and leads to interesting implications regarding far from equilibrium or externally controlled chemical reaction processe...
Parametrization of the dark energy model is a good method by which we can construct the scalar potential directly from the effective equation of state function ωσ(z) describing the properties of the dark energy. Applying this method to the dilaton coupled quintessence(DCQ) model, we consider four parametrizations of ω(z) and investigate the features of the constructed DCQ potentials, which poss...
In the first paper of this series, a very accurate ab initio potential energy curve of the (3)Sigma(g)(-) ground state of O(2) has been determined in the approximation that all valence shell electron correlations were calculated at the complete basis set limit. In the present study, the corrections arising from core electron correlations and relativity effects, viz., spin-orbit coupling and sca...
Unified semiclasical solution for general nonadiabatic tunneling between two adiabatic potential energy surfaces is established by employing unified semiclassical solution for pure nonadiabatic transition [C. Zhu, J. Chem. Phys. 105, 4159 (1996)] with the certain symmetry transformation. This symmetry comes from a detailed analysis of the reduced scattering matrix for Landau-Zener type of cross...
We discuss the phenomenon of physical aging in a well studied atomic model liquid, a binary mixture of particles interacting with Lennard-Jones potentials. We put emphasis on the different dynamical behaviours of the model as well as on the relations between the experimental and numerical timescales. The physics of aging is discussed within a well characterized thermodynamic framework, based on...
this paper presents the basic concepts of stability in fuzzy linguistic models. theauthors have proposed a criterion for bibo stability analysis of fuzzy linguistic modelsassociated to linear time invariant systems [25]-[28]. this paper presents the basic concepts ofstability in the general nonlinear and linear systems. this stability analysis method is verifiedusing a benchmark system analysis.
in present study, the density functional theory (dft-b3lyp) method with svp basis set was used for optimizing and studying the electronic structural properties of cis and trans isomers of bis-(5-nitro-2h-tetrazolato-n2) tetraammine cobalt (iii) perchlorate (bncp) as powerful explosives at 298.15 k temperature and 1 atmosphere pressure. and also, natural bond orbital (nbo) population analysis an...
Physically motivated expressions for the transport cross sections describing classical scattering in the Lennard-Jones potential are proposed. These expressions, which agree with the numerical results better than to within ±1%, can be easy implemented in practical situations. Some relevant examples are provided.
The fundamental weakness of a Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is its weak discrimination in cases when small number of Decision Making Units (DMU) have been compared. Therefore in such cases the basic DEA model is used in combination with other methods or additional constraints are added to the model. In this paper, the Cross-efficiency method has been combined with the Potential Method (PM).
