Differences in the kinetic behavior of aldol reactions compared to aminoxylation and amination reactions are rationalized by consideration of the ratedetermining step in each case. Both autoinductive behavior and the rate-enhancing effect of additives are attributed to an effect on the enamine formation step.

We present a class of vector coherent states in the domain D × D × .... × D (n-copies), where D is the complex unit disc, using a specific class of hermitian matrices. Further, as an example, we build vector coherent states in the unit disc by considering the unit disc as the homogeneous space of the group SU (1, 1).

Representation of the Cuntz algebra in the space of (complex valued) functions on p– adic disk is introduced. The relation of this representation and the free coherent states is investigated.
