For a graph G, we denote by P (G, λ) the chromatic polynomial of G and by h(G, x) the adjoint polynomial of G. A graph G is said to be chromatically unique if for any graph H, P (H, λ) = P (G, λ) implies H ∼= G. In this paper, we investigate some algebraic properties of the adjoint polynomials of some graphs. Using these properties, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for Kn − E(∪a,bT...

Let P (G,λ) denote the chromatic polynomial of a graph G. Two graphs G and H are chromatically equivalent, written G ∼ H, if P (G,λ) = P (H,λ). A graph G is chromatically unique, written χ−unique, if for any graph H, G ∼ H implies that G is isomorphic with H. In this paper we prove the chromatic uniqueness of a new family of 6-bridge graphs.

Let $P(G,lambda)$ be the chromatic polynomial of a graph $G$. A graph $G$ ischromatically unique if for any graph $H$, $P(H, lambda) = P(G,lambda)$ implies $H$ is isomorphic to $G$. In this paper, we determine the chromaticity of all Tur'{a}n graphs with at most three edges deleted. As a by product, we found many families of chromatically unique graphs and chromatic equivalence classes of graph...

In this paper we present some hypergraphs which are chromatically characterized by their chromatic polynomials. It occurs that these hypergraphs are chromatically unique. Moreover we give some equalities for the chromatic polynomials of hypergraphs generalizing known results for graphs and hypergraphs of Read and Dohmen.

Let P (G, λ) be the chromatic polynomial of a graph G. Two graphs G and H are said to be chromatically equivalent, denoted G ∼ H, if P (G, λ) = P (H, λ). We write [G] = {H|H ∼ G}. If [G] = {G}, then G is said to be chromatically unique. In this paper, we first characterize certain complete 6-partite graphs with 6n vertices according to the number of 7-independent partitions of G. Using these re...
