Background and Study Aim. It is believed that the somatotype a predictor of indicators functional readiness. There are significant differences in aerobic performance body for people different somatotypes among students girls men. Features manifestation anaerobic possibilities an organism at persons various from 7 to 30 years old described. We can assume women first adulthood period somatotypes,...

This paper describes experimental research to directly quantify the ordinary heterotrophic organism (OHO) cell yield coefficient under anoxic and aerobic conditions with real wastewater as substrate. Until recently these two values were assumed equal in activated sludge models, despite theoretical predictions that the anoxic yield should be reduced relative to its aerobic value. In this study, ...

Burkholderia pseudomallei is a soil-dwelling aerobic bacterium prevalent in tropical and subtropical regions, particularly Southeast Asia Northern Australia. It the causal organism of melioidosis, severe infection that can manifest as chronic debilitating pneumonia resembling pulmonary tuberculosis. Here, we report case tuberculosis, covid-19, paragonimus co-infe...

Background and Objectives: Infection of pleural fluid is a common disease and because of antibiotic administration, the microbiology of this fluid has changed. The aim of this study was to determine the common bacteria and suitable antibiotics for treatment in pleural effusion (PE). Materials and Methods: In this cross sectional study, 1210 samples with exudative features were cultured for poss...

We present the draft genome sequence of Leptolinea tardivitalis YMTK-2, a member of the Chloroflexi phylum. This organism was initially characterized as a strictly anaerobic nonmotile fermenter; however, genome analysis demonstrates that it encodes for a flagella and might be capable of aerobic respiration.

We present the draft genome of Thermanaerothrix daxensis GNS-1, a thermophilic member of the Chloroflexi phylum. This organism was initially characterized as a nonmotile, strictly anaerobic fermenter; however, genome analysis demonstrates that it encodes genes for a flagellum and multiple pathways for aerobic and anaerobic respiration.

Pseudomonas stutzeri is an aerobic, nonfermentative, gram-negative rod with polar monotrichous flagella. We report the case of a four-year-old boy who developed community-acquired pneumonia and empyema caused by P. stutzeri. To our knowledge, this is the first report on community-acquired pneumonia and empyema caused by this organism in childhood.

Methylohalobius crimeensis strain 10Ki is a moderately halophilic aerobic methanotroph isolated from a hypersaline lake in the Crimean Peninsula, Ukraine. This organism has the highest salt tolerance of any cultured methanotroph. Here, we present a draft genome sequence of this bacterium.

Dokdonella koreensis is a non-spore-forming, aerobic, Gram-negative bacillus that was initially isolated from soil. The pathogenicity of this organism in humans remains unclear. The authors report a case of successfully treated D koreensis bacteremia in a patient with a hematological malignancy who presented with a fever and palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia.

aerobic and many anaerobic are Table 1. Characteristics of the chloroplastic Cu/Zn-SOD from aspen subiect to oxidative stress resulting from the deleterious efv fects of reduced oxygen species. SOD has been identified as a key enzyme in protecting the cells from oxidative damage by catalyzing the dismutation of superoxide radicals (O2-) to hydrogen peroxide and molecular oxygen (Fridovich, 1986...
