We have investigated hall effect on YBa2Cu3-xMxO7-δ (M=Ni, Fe) bulk samples, with dopant amount 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.045 for Ni and 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.03 for Fe, with magnetic field (H=2.52, 4.61, 6.27 kOe) perpendicular to sample’s surface with constant current 100 mA. Our study shows that as both dopants increases, TC decreases and it decreases faster by Ni . In these ranges of dopant and magnetic field the Hall...
This paper presents a current sensing principle appropriate for use in power electronics' converters. This current measurement principle has been developed for metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOS-FET) and is based on U(DS) voltage measurement. In practice, shunt resistors and Hall effect sensors are usually used for these purposes, but the presented principle has many advanta...

We show that, at low temperatures, macroscopic inhomogeneities of the electron density in the interior of a finite sample cause a reduction in the measured conductivity peak heights σ max xx compared to the universal values previously predicted for infinite homogeneous samples. This effect is expected to occur for the conductivity peaks measured in standard experimental geometries such as the H...

Abstract We compare two associative algebras which encode the “quantum topology” of Legendrian curves in contact threefolds product type $$S\times {\mathbb {R}}$$ S × R . The first is skein algebra graded links and second Hall Fukaya category S construc...
In this paper, we consider the global well-posedness of incompressible Hall-MHD equations in $${\mathbb {R}}^3$$ . We prove that solution system is globally regular if initial data axisymmetric and swirl components velocity magnetic vorticity are trivial. It should be pointed out can arbitrarily large satisfy low regularity assumptions.
The Hall resistivity ρ xy of a La 2/3 (Ca,Pb) 1/3 MnO 3 single crystal has been measured as a function of temperature and field. The overall behavior is similar to that observed previously in thin-films. At 5 K, ρ xy is positive and linear in field, indicating that the anomalous contribution R S is negligible. However, the effective carrier density in a free electron model is n ef f = 2.4 holes...
