We introduce and study a new class of spaces, namely $beta-$topological vector spaces via $beta-$open sets. The relationships among these spaces with some existing spaces are investigated. In addition, some important and useful characterizations of $beta-$topological vector spaces are provided.

In this paper, the region in which the structural system is situated is divided into four subregions, namely upper, lower, left and right subregions. The stiffness matrix of the entire system is then formed and using the existing direct symmetry and reverse symmetry, the relationships between the entries of the matrix are established. The aim of this paper is to compute some bounds of forgotten index and then we present spectral properties of this index. In continuing, we define a new version of energy namely ISI energy corresponded to the ISI index and then we determine some bounds for it.
In this paper, we present a new path-following interior-point algorithm for -horizontal linear complementarity problems (HLCPs). The algorithm uses only full-Newton steps which has the advantage that no line searchs are needed. Moreover, we obtain the currently best known iteration bound for the algorithm with small-update method, namely, , which is as good as the linear analogue.
