We prove the convergence in certain weighted spaces in momentum space of eigenfunctions of H = T − λV as the energy goes to an energy threshold. We do this for three choices of kinetic energy T , namely the nonrelativistic Schrödinger operator, the pseudorelativistc operator √ −∆+m2 − m, and the Dirac operator.

In this paper, we introduce a new iterative scheme to approximate a common fixed point for a finite family of nonexpansive non-self mappings. Strong convergence theorems of the proposed iteration in Banach spaces.

The influence of the local terrestrial environment on nocturnal atmospheric CO2 measurements at a 329-m television transmitter tower (and a component of a CO2 monitoring network) was estimated with a tracer release experiment and a subsequent simulation of the releases. This was done to characterize the vertical transport of emissions from the surface to the uppermost tower level and how it is ...

We establish strong convergence result of split feasibility problem for a family of quasi-nonexpansive multi-valued mappings and a total asymptotically strict pseudo-contractive mapping in infinite dimensional Hilbert spaces. Acknowledgement. The authors A. R. Khan and M. Abbas are grateful to King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals for supporting research project IN 121037.

In this paper, we obtained the convergence of modified Noor iterative scheme for nearly Lipschitzian maps in real Banach spaces. Our results contribute to the literature in this area of re- search.

The use of eddy covariance (EC) CO2 flux measurements in data assimilation and other applications requires an estimate of the random uncertainty. In previous studies, the (classical) two-tower approach has yielded robust uncertainty estimates, but care must be taken to meet the often competing requirements of statistical independence (nonoverlapping footprints) and ecosystem homogeneity when ch...

In this paper‎, ‎strong convergence theorems of Ishikawa type implicit iteration‎ ‎process with errors for a finite family of asymptotically‎ ‎nonexpansive in the intermediate sense and asymptotically‎ ‎quasi-pseudocontractive type mappings in normed linear spaces are‎ ‎established by using a new analytical method‎, ‎which essentially‎ ‎improve and extend some recent results obtained by Yang‎ ‎...

We provide further evidence that the study of complex self-organizing systems can benefit from an algorithmic perspective. The subject has been traditionally viewed through the lens of physics and control theory. Using tools typically associated with theoretical computer science, we settle an old question in theoretical ecology: bounding the convergence of bird flocks. We bound the time to reac...

The aim of this paper is to introduce and study a new concept ofstrong double $(A)_ {Delta}$-convergent sequence offuzzy numbers with respect to an Orlicz function and also someproperties of the resulting sequence spaces of fuzzy   numbers areexamined. In addition, we define the double$(A,Delta)$-statistical convergence of fuzzy  numbers andestablish some connections between the spaces of stron...

The aim of the present work is to introduce the concept of $lambda _{r}$-almost convergence of sequences. We define the spaces $fleft( lambda _{r}right) $ and $f_{0}left( lambda _{r}right) $ of $ lambda _{r}$-almost convergent and $lambda _{r}$-almost null sequences. We investigate some inclusion relations concerning those spaces with examples and we determine the $beta $- and $gamma $-duals of...
