Non-surgical options include physical and occupational therapy, splints, steroid injections, yoga, carpal bone mobilization, and anti-inflammatory drugs. The aim of the present study was to investigate a new clinical classification of cubital tunnel syndrome that provides an improved basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Retrospective analysis was performed on 341 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome. Based on the etiology, signs and symptoms, neurophysiological tests and computed tomography (CT) imaging, a new clinical...
Diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome is based on clinical findings and electrodiagnostic findings are used to confirm the diagnosis. On the other hand, sonography has enjoyed attention as a noninvasive method for diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome. 76 hands of patients in whom the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome was confirmed and 80 hands in the control group were enrolled in the study. In ...
Cubital tunnel syndrome is the most common form of ulnar nerve entrapment and the second most common entrapment neuropathy of the upper extremity after carpal tunnel syndrome. However, bilateral compressive ulnar neuropathy is a rare condition. Electro diagnostic studies are a valid and reliable means of confirming the diagnosis.
Trigger finger at wrist is a rare condition. Symptoms include finger triggering, snapping or catching at the wrist level. Carpal tunnel syndrome and median nerve compression neuropathy are almost always associated. We reported one case which was caused by degenerative changes of the flexor tendon sheath and carpal tunnel syndrome.

introduction: even though there is a high prevalence of carpal tunnel syndrome patients, there are very few reliable papers on the study of normal values and changes in sensory and motor latency parameters of the median nerve in the wrist region on the basis of age of patients .this retrospective study was on the basis of 5 years data (1998 -2003) from the electro diagnostic department of sh. s...
Seven patients with clinical and electroneurographic evidence of tarsal tunnel syndrome were managed surgically, after failed attempts for non-surgical treatment. Post-operative results were more satisfactory than the previous responses to non-surgical therapies. Tarsal tunnel syndrome appears to respond better to surgical intervention than to conservative management.
