Five taxa of Lepiota, namely, L. anthomyces, L. serena, L. metulaespora, L. roseoalba and L. cristata were collectedfrom different localities are described in details. Microscopic and macroscopic descriptions along with drawings are given for all the five species. Of  these   L. anthomyces, L. serena, L. metulaespora and L. roseoalba,are newly recorded for Iranian fungus flora.
