【背景】我々は、医療機関における補助犬の受け入れ状況を、2008年から3年毎に調査している。2020年に5回目の調査を実施して、補助犬の受け入れ状況の12年間での変化について検討した。 【方法】2020年10-11月に、兵庫県の212病院と福岡県の205病院の看護部長を対象に、過去4回と同様の補助犬に関するアンケート調査を実施した。依頼は郵送で行ったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策として、ウェブで回答を得た。 【結果】回答率は16.1%で、2017年の44.7%より大きく低下していた。補助犬の来院経験がある施設は、兵庫県では2008年の18.5%、2011年の31.9%、2014年の34.4%、2017年の19.3%と比較して、2020年では34.0%であり、 2014年と同程度であった。福岡県においても、2011年の17.9%、2014年の19.2%、2017年の9.7%と比較して...
