The class of ads modules with the SIP (briefly, $SA$-modules) is studied. Various conditions for a module to be $SA$-module are given. It is proved that for a quasi-continuous module $M$, $M$ is a UC-module if and only if $M$ is an $SA$-module. Also, it is proved that the direct sum of two $SA$-modules as $R$-modules is an $SA$-module when $R$ is the sum of the annihilators of thes...
Let $R$ be a commutative ring with identity and $M$ be an unitary $R$-module. The intersection graph of an $R$-module $M$, denoted by $Gamma(M)$, is a simple graph whose vertices are all non-trivial submodules of $M$ and two distinct vertices $N_1$ and $N_2$ are adjacent if and only if $N_1cap N_2neq 0$. In this article, we investigate the concept of a planar intersection graph and maximal subm...
in this paper we introduce a generalization of m-small modules and discuss about the torsion theory cogenerated by this kind of modules in category . we will use the structure of the radical of a module in and get some suitable results about this class of modules. also the relation between injective hull in and this kind of modules will be investigated in this article. for a module we show...
Let $R$ be a ring and $M$ a right $R$-module with $S=End_R(M)$. A module $M$ is called semi-projective if for any epimorphism $f:Mrightarrow N$, where $N$ is a submodule of $M$, and for any homomorphism $g: Mrightarrow N$, there exists $h:Mrightarrow M$ such that $fh=g$. In this paper, we study SGQ-projective and $pi$-semi-projective modules as two generalizations of semi-projective modules. A ...
Let $R$ be a commutative ring and $M$ be an $R$-module with $T(M)$ as subset, the set of torsion elements. The total graph of the module denoted by $T(Gamma(M))$, is the (undirected) graph with all elements of $M$ as vertices, and for distinct elements $n,m in M$, the vertices $n$ and $m$ are adjacent if and only if $n+m in T(M)$. In this paper we study the domination number of $T(Gamma(M))$ a...
Let $(R,underline{m})$ be a commutative Noetherian local ring and $M$ be a non-zero finitely generated $R$-module. We show that if $R$ is almost Cohen-Macaulay and $M$ is perfect with finite projective dimension, then $M$ is an almost Cohen-Macaulay module. Also, we give some necessary and sufficient condition on $M$ to be an almost Cohen-Macaulay module, by using $Ext$ functors.
A module $M$ is called FI-extending if every fully invariant submodule of $M$ is essential in a direct summand of $M$. It is not known whether a direct summand of an FI-extending module is also FI-extending. In this study, it is given some answers to the question that under what conditions a direct summand of an FI-extending module is an FI-extending module?
let r be a ring, m a right r-module and (s,≤) a strictly ordered monoid. in this paper we will show that if (s,≤) is a strictly ordered monoid satisfying the condition that 0 ≤ s for all s ∈ s, then the module [[ms,≤]] of generalized power series is a uniserial right [[rs,≤]] ]]-module if and only if m is a simple right r-module and s is a chain monoid.
let $r$ be a commutative ring with identity and $m$ be a finitely generated unital $r$-module. in this paper, first we give necessary and sufficient conditions that a finitely generated module to be a multiplication module. moreover, we investigate some conditions which imply that the module $m$ is the direct sum of some cyclic modules and free modules. then some properties of fitting ideals of...
In this work, we introduce $H^*$-condition on the set of submodules of a module. Let $M$ be a module. We say $M$ satisfies $H^*$ provided that for every submodule $N$ of $M$, there is a direct summand$D$ of $M$ such that $(N+D)/N$ and $(N+D)/D$ are cosingular. We show that over a right perfect right $GV$-ring,a homomorphic image of a $H^*$ duo module satisfies $H^*$.
