در این پروژه یک روش ساده و سریع و موثر برای محافظت آمین ها با دی تر شیو بوتیل دی کربنات با استفاده ازکاتالیزور lacoo3 ، شرح داده شده است. محافظت آمینهای آلیفاتیک و آروماتیک با ساختارهای مختلف ، توسط دی تر شیو بوتیل دی کربنات با استفاده از کاتالیزور lacoo3 در دمای مناسب انجام شد. فایده این روش سادگی ، زمان واکنش کوتاه و بازده خوب می باشد.
