Chondrrosarcoma of nasal septum is a rare tumor that referd to ENT department of Hazrat Rasool Hospital. We report two cases of chondrosarcoma nasal septum that extensive to ethmoid, Sphenoid sinuses and intracranial cavity. The main symptoms is obstraction of nasal and epistasis.
