in this paper rst we de ne the notions of positive implicativehyper mv -ideals of types 1,2,3 and 4 in hyper mv -algebras and we investigatethe relationship between of them . then by some examples we show that thesenotions are not equivalent. finally we give some relations between these notionsand the notions of (weak) hyper mv -ideals and (weak) hyper mv -deductivesystems of hyper mv -algebras.

backgroundmany studies reported that copper, zinc and magnesium play important roles in the pathogenesis and development of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. exchange transfusion and intensive phototherapy are known two modalities of therapy for severe neonatal hyper bilirubinemia, but the effect of them on those trace elements is unknown.materials and methodscopper, zinc and magnesium serum levels ...

In this report, we provide an overview of two serious medical conditions, anemia and bilirubinemia (commonly known as jaundice), which are associated with changes in the contents of specific chromophores present in the blood stream. In general terms, anemia results from a decrease in the hemoglobin content, while jaundice results from an increase in the bilirubin content. Both of them have a si...

Background: Leptospirosis is characterized by very diverse clinical manifestations, which may range from flu-like subclinical forms to very severe presentations characterized by multi-organ failure, or to atypical presentations. One of its most aggressive presentations is Weil’s disease, characterized by jaundice, hemorrhagic phenomena and renal failure. Cases with high bilirubinemia over 30mg/...

Ceftriaxone – safety in neonates Ceftriaxone has a broad spectrum of in vitro activity and is used in neonates for treating gonococcal ophthalmia and as a second line drug for sepsis and meningitis. It can precipitate if used together with calcium leading to severe reactions including neonatal death. Other possible adverse events of significance in the neonate include biliary sludging, kernicte...

Viral hepatitis and toxins comprise most common causes of fulminate hepatic failure that are often diagnosed with standard laboratory tests. Herein we discuss a rare, difficult to diagnosis etiology of acute liver failure (ALF). A 62-year-old man presented with a two-week history of fever and fatigue. At four days before admission he became lethargic. His past medical and drug histories were un...

In hemolytic anaemia there is shorter than normal erythrocytic survival resulting in increased destruction of red blood cells (RBCs) which leads to raised bilirubin levels. Appearance of jaundice, however, depends not only Upon increased biirubin production but also on clearance mechanisms in the liver. These clearance mechanisms are not well developed in the neonates resulting in greater incid...

The jaundice that develops after obstruction of the common duct in the absence of complications, expresses the physiological wastage of corpuscles occurring from day to day; and the intensity of the bilirubinemia varies as does the total of functioning hemoglobin-containing tissue from which this wastage takes place. There is to be observed a constantly readjusted direct relationship between he...
