The main purpose of present article is to find the fundamental solution of partial differential equations in the generalized theory of thermoelastic diffusion materials with double porosity in case of steady oscillations in terms of elementary functions.
A new double line scan diffusion imaging sequence (DLSDI) is presented. In DLSDI, two lines from two separate slices are acquired in each shot. As its predecessor, LSDI, DLSDI is insensitive to motion artifacts and it can be used on conventional MR scanners. In addition, DLSDI is almost twice as fast as LSDI. Preliminary results from phantom and patient studies show excellent agreement between ...
we derive closed formulas for the prices of european options andtheir sensitivities when the underlying asset follows a double-exponentialjump diffusion model, as considered by s. kou in 2002. this author hasderived the option price by making use of double series where each termrequires the computation of a sequence of special functions, such thatthe implementation remains difficult for a large...
PURPOSE To determine the reliability and variability of the Dynamic Strength Index (DSI) calculated from squat-jump (SJ) vs countermovement-jump (CMJ) peak force (PF) and to compare DSI values between methods. METHODS Male youth soccer and rugby league players (N = 27; age 17.2 ± 0.7 y, height 173.9 ± 5.7 cm, body mass 71.1 ± 7.2 kg) performed 3 trials of the SJ, CMJ, and isometric midthigh p...
We observed single molecules of fluorescently labeled double-stranded (ds) lambda DNA held in an anti-Brownian electrokinetic trap. From the measured density fluctuations we extract the density-density response function of the molecule over times >4.5 ms and distances >250 nm, i.e., how a perturbation in density in one part of the molecule propagates through the rest of the molecule. We find a ...
In this research, observational data are analyzed to explain temperature and salinity inversions and double diffusion in the Oman Sea. The results of this paper show that intrusive structures extend over a depth of about 100-450 meters in the Oman Sea. Temperature and salinity inversions observed depth of 250 m in winter and summer in the Oman Sea. Steps thickness is about 10 to 20 meters. A wa...

Background and Objective: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most common pathogen causing nosocomial infections. The aim of this study was to determine the antimicrobial susceptibility pattern and prevalence of ESBLs in clinical and environmental isolates of P. aeruginosa by phenotypic and genotypic techniques. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, a total of 100 P. aeruginosa strains is...
