The charm physics program accessible to a Tau-Charm Factory is summarized. Semileptonic,’ leptonic, hadronic, rare and forbidden charm decay modes are discussed, as well as 00 charm sector. The theoretical b” mixing and CP violation in the 73 ectations in the Standard Model and beyond as well as the experiment capabilities of a Tau-Charm Factory are examined for each of the above processes.

We present updated results of an SU(3)-flavor analysis of D→ PP decay data including linear breaking and no further assumptions. The global fit is consistent with nominal (∼ 30%) SU(3)F breaking and returns enhanced penguin (triplet) contributions. A k-ary charm bracelet is an equivalence class of length n strings with the action on the indices by the additive group of the ring of integers modulo n extended by the group of units. By applying an O(n3) amortized time algorithm to generate charm bracelet representatives with a specified content, we construct 29 new periodic Golay pairs of length 68.

We give a mass formula for computing the mass spectrum of mesons. By this formula we show that there are many mesons with their masses corresponding to a prime number.
