این پژوهش در خصوص بررسی و ارزیابی پتانسیل دو نماتد بومی پارازیت کننده ی حشرات در مقابل agrotis segetum می باشد. قابلیت غلظت های مختلف لاروهای عفونی(ijs) به آلوده کردن سنین لاروی مختلف حشره در سطح ازمایشگاه و گلخانه بررسی گردید. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، این دو نماتد بومی پارازیت کننده ی حشرات دارای پتانسیل خوبی در کنترل این آفت هستند.
