This case of a 16-year-old female with moderately-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus with tracheo-esophageal fistula, hyperthyroidism and sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis with RNTCP Category 1 DOTS is reported because of its rarity.
