In this paper, the full-wave analysis of direct scattering problem in rectangular waveguide is derived. The numerical calculation results characteristics are presented. To show advantage our proposed model, we compared with three-dimensional simulation software Ansys HFSS calculations. An excellent agreement observed when these two approaches.
