This report has discussed the endodontic and surgical management of a peripheral ossifying fibroma that had occurred in the anterior maxillary anterior region, between a central and a lateral incisor in a 12-year-old child. The lesion was diagnosed to have occurred secondary to a pulpo-periodontal irritation.

A case of unusual bone regeneration after resection of a juvenile ossifying fibroma (JOF) is presented. Secondary mandibular reconstruction with autogenous grafts was delayed due to the rapid bone formation. To the best of our knowledge there are no reports of this unusual response following JOF resection.

The aim of this study is report the treatment a case peripheral ossifying fibroma. In report, we present clinical course 23-year-old female patient with mass in gingival tissue. was submitted to excisional biopsy and defect generated by removal lesion corrected using biomaterials. One year follow-up, it not possible see any esthetic when compared contralateral side.
