â  monetary policy rule is an approach to avoid time inconsistency problem as regarded by new classical economist to choose a time plan for policy making in order to maximize households’ well-being. the foundation of time inconsistency problem is not coincidence of expectations as an ex-ante variable, which is expected variable, with actual variable as an ex-post variable. expectations in fin...

the ultimate goal of monetary policy is to achieve price stability and high output. in this regard, central banks usually change the interest rate, liquidity, and money base in order to apply monetary policies. the john b. taylor rule is one of the rules known in the transmission of monetary policy.[1] based on this rule and given the output gap and inflation gap, the central bank increases or ...

Fuzzy Rule-Based Classification Systems (FRBCS) are highly investigated by researchers due to their noise-stability and  interpretability. Unfortunately, generating a rule-base which is sufficiently both accurate and interpretable, is a hard process. Rule weighting is one of the approaches to improve the accuracy of a pre-generated rule-base without modifying the original rules. Most of the pro...

in contemporary texts of islamic logic, the “subject-obversion” has been introduced as a rule on basis of which one can replace the subject term of a categorical proposition with its complement and change both quality and quantity of the proposition. thus from an a-proposition such as “all a is b”, one can infer “some not-a is not b”. well, let’s take that a is included by b but not vice versa,...

‎This papers considers the Benford distribution as one the interesting rules of probability theory‎. ‎This rule shows that‎, ‎despite of usual underestanding about the uniform distribution of digites‎ ‎for lieing on different positions in numbers‎, ‎digits are distributed according to an non uniform distributions for numbers araising from many natural phonemena‎. ‎Benford distribution proposes ...

Modern medical ethics, in particular the principle of Non-Maleficent, advises the medical staff to avoid any harm to the patient. Islamic jurists, using religious texts and sources, have introduced rules that are applicable in many areas of life. Among these rules, is the rule Non-Harm, that in this article to review this rule and its applications in medicine. In addition to discussions of the ...

This work treats the case of expert-originated hypotheses which are to be modified or refined by training event data. The method accepts the hypotheses in the form of weighted VL, expressions and uses the probabilistic rule generator, PRG. The theory of operation, verified by experimental results, provides for any degree of hypothesis modification, ranging from minor perturbation to complete re...

Rule processing can be subject to innnite loops-that is, rules may trigger one another indee-nitely. In database systems, this behaviour can be catastrophic; e.g., looping rules would certainly inhibit concurrency and saturate memory thus slowing down system throughput. In general it is unde-cidable to determine in advance if rules are guaranteed to terminate. If analysis algorithms are applied...

This paper investigates existence and uniqueness results for the first order fuzzy integro-differential equations. Then numerical results and error bound based on the left rectangular quadrature rule, trapezoidal rule and a hybrid of them are obtained. Finally an example is given to illustrate the performance of the methods.
