Aim . To study the possibilities of using video endoscopic technologies in surgical treatment hiatal hernia and evaluate long-term results. Materials methods : 52 patients who underwent laparoscopic correction were examined. Results Excellent good results obtained 31 (73,8%), a group with satisfactory 2 (4,8%) patients, an unsatisfactory result was observed 9 (21,4%) patients.
