It was recently demonstrated [1] that the meson-baryon rescattering in final state has a major impact on magnitude and structure of π Σ mass distributions observed γp → K + photoproduction. We discuss briefly several aspects this work emphasizing model dependence amplitudes, used to represent final-state interaction, role adopted photoproduction mechanism.
