We investigate the triple-alpha process and the Oklo phenomenon to obtain constraints on possible cosmological time variations of fundamental constants. Specifically we study cosmological temporal constraints for the fine structure constant and nucleon and meson masses.

We further develop the reduced action formalism of the SU(2)-Higgs model originally given by Aoyama et.al.. Our new ansatz for the sphaleron solution makes it possible to apply this formalism to all range of the Higgs self coupling constant. Based on the formalism, we construct a bounce solution oscillating around the sphaleron.
An estimate has been made of the masses of heavy hadrons in nonrelativistic quark model, which includes spin and flavor-dependent hyperfine splitting for two quarks.
