We prove a structure theorem for the connected coassociative magmatic bialgebras. The space of primitive elements is an algebra over an operad called the primitive operad. We prove that the primitive operad is magmatic generated by n − 2 operations of arity n. The dimension of the space of all the n-ary operations of this primitive operad turns out to be the Fine number Fn−1. In short, the trip...

Porphyry deposits are copper-rich orebodies formed by precipitation of metal sulphides from hydrothermal fluids released from magmatic intrusions that cooled at depth within the Earth's crust. Finding new porphyry deposits is essential because they are our largest source of copper and they also contain other strategic metals including gold and molybdenum. However, the discovery of giant porphyr...

Eruptive activity at Turrialba Volcano (Costa Rica) has escalated significantly since 2014, causing airport and school closures in the capital city of San José. Whether or not new magma is involved in the current unrest seems probable but remains a matter of debate as ash deposits are dominated by hydrothermal material. Here we use high-frequency gas monitoring to track the behavior of the volc...

Large Ra excesses in a number of mafic arc magmas, and geophysical observations of earthquake hypocenters locations, indicate that mafic melts can get transferred from source to surface within days to ~1 kyr. Decreasing Ra–Th disequilibria with increasing SiO2 in co-magmatic suites of individual arc volcanoes suggest that magma differentiation often occurs on timescales of a few thousand years ...

As an important tectonic unit of Eastern Tethyan domain, Sanjiang orogenic belt started from the expansion, subduction, subtraction and closure Paleozoic Paleo-Tethys Ocean, went through opening Neo-Tethys Ocean subduction collision process Indian continent ended in Himalayan comprehensive intracontinental convergence uplift orogeny, forming a giant composite composed several island arc belts s...

Previous geochemical and petrological studies have concluded that initially magmatic Nb–Ta mineralization is often modified by post-magmatic hydrothermal fluids; however, there still a lack of mineralogical evidence for the syenite-related deposit. From perspective minerals, pyrochlore supergroup minerals significance indicating fluid evolution alkaline rock or related carbonatite type deposits...

Millisecond fluctuations in length of day over multiple decades may induce fluctuations in flow of magma to the surface. We propose that the same magmatic volatiles that greatly amplify volcanic eruptions can also amplify these minute magmatic fluctuations sufficiently to be detected in sea surface temperature.

in this research, biostratigraphy and paleo-ecological reconstruction of the qom formation deposits in bijegan village, northeast ofdelijan, are discussed. the studied section is situated in the western margin of the urumieh-dokhtar magmatic arc (the intra-arc basin).the qom formation deposits at the studied area are rupelian-chattian in age. larger benthic foraminifers are used for biostratigr...

the lalezar granitoids crop out within volcanic successions of the urumieh-dokhtar magmatic assemblage (udma). these granitoids have a range from gabbro-diorites to granites in composition. the mineral compositions of the most felsic rocks are characterized by the abundances of na-plagioclase, quartz, alkali feldspar, biotite and hornblende. in the gabbro-diorite rocks, plagioclase (ca-rich), h...
