We consider the existence of a Noether symmetry in the scalar-tensor theory of gravity in flat Friedman Robertson Walker (FRW) cosmology. The forms of coupling function ω(φ) and generic potential V (φ) are obtained by requiring the existence of a Noether symmetry for such theory. We derive exact cosmological solutions of the field equations from a point-like Lagrangian.

A case of "Dandy-Walker Syndrome" with secondary Generalised tonic clonic seizures and post-ictal psychosis is reported in a 33 year old man. The venthculo-pehtoneal shunt procedure, carried on 3 years back has failed to bring down the seizure frequency. Electrophysiological and neuropsychological investigation suggest impairment in left temporal lobe.

We report a rare and unique complication of ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt malfunction. A progressively expansile, CSF-containing occipital intradiploic cyst developed in a 15-year-old boy at the site of cystoperitoneal shunt draining a Dandy-Walker cyst; the shunt was placed when the boy was 4 years old. A proposed pathogenesis of the lesion is discussed.
