In this paper we introduce the notions of pure ideals, weakly pure ideals in ternary semigroups. We also de ne purely prime ideals of a ternary semigroup and study some properties of these ideals. The space of purely prime two-sided ideal is topologized.

The aim of this paper is to apply the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set to implicative ideals and commutative ideals in BCK-algebras and introduced the new notion of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy implicative ideals in BCK-algebras and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy commutative ideals in BCK-algebras and related properties are investigated.

ACENTURY FROM NOW, social and demographic historians may be pondering the question of why the topic of teenage childbearing suddenly became so prominent in America during the last several decades of the twentieth century. The issue emerged from social invisibility during the 1950s and early 1960s, when rates of childbearing among teens reached historical peaks, and rose to a level of public obs...

In this paper, we introduce the concepts of fuzzy ideals, fuzzy implicative ideals and fuzzy p-ideals in BF-algebras and investigate some of its properties.

1. Let F be a partially ordered vector space with an order unit e. It is well known that the class 5DÎ of maximal ideals of V is in one-one correspondence with the class K of normalized positive linear functionals, in the sense that to each ME^SR corresponds a positive linear functional <¡>m with M as its null-space and with M(e) = 1. A maximal ideal MG 90? is said to be extreme if <pM is an...

INTRODUCTION Many HIV-affected couples living in sub-Saharan Africa desire to have children, but few quantitative studies have examined support for their childbearing needs. Our study explored client-provider communication about childbearing and safer conception among HIV clients in Uganda. METHODS 400 Ugandan HIV clients in committed relationships and with intentions to conceive were surveye...

STUDY OBJECTIVE To investigate the association between the spatial concentration of deprived households and teenage non-marital childbearing. Associations with area deprivation are tested before and after allowing for levels of personal deprivation. DESIGN AND SETTING The individual data are derived from the 2% sample of anonymised records (SAR) from the census of 1991 in Great Britain, and a...

Multiplier ideals in commutative rings are certain integrally closed ideals with properties that lend themselves to highly interesting applications. How special are they among integrally closed ideals in general? We show that in a two-dimensional regular local ring with algebraically closed residue field there is in fact no difference between “multiplier” and “integrally closed” (or “complete.”...
