In this study, highly accurate measurements of density and dynamic viscosities a recombined live oil its mixture with additional CO 2 were performed. The experiments carried out under pressure temperature gradients found in Brazilian Pre-salt reservoirs, that is, the range from (27.6 to 68.9) MPa at (333.15 353.15) K. assumption volume change on mixing is evaluated experimental results, influen...

calculate some thermodynamic properties of molten polymers including specific volume and isothermal compressibility (S.M. Hoseini, Physical Chemistry & Electrochemistry, 2 (2014) 56-65). This work extended that EOS to predict the volumetric properties of some molten ethylene copolymers including ethylene/1-octene, ethylene/1-butene (xethylene equal to 0.8543 and 0.563), ethylene/propene. The ab...

In age-matched controlled studies performed in Japan, enterotoxigenic Bacteroides fragilis was isolated from 14.9% of 114 children aged 1 to 14 years with antibiotic-unassociated diarrhea (AUD) and 6.5% of 108 children aged 1 to 6 years with antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD). The difference in comparison with control children, was significant for AUD children but not AAD children.

BACKGROUND We aimed to investigate in patients with type 2 diabetes whether aortic stiffness is: (i) associated with glycaemic control, (ii) associated with adverse outcomes and (iii) can be reversed on treatment with RAAS inhibition. METHODS Patients with type 2 diabetes (N = 94) and low vascular risk underwent assessment of cardiovascular risk and CMR assessment of ascending aortic distensi...
