The basidiomycete Lentinula edodes (Le.) cytochrome P450, Le.CYP1 was functionally expressed in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The microsomal fraction containing Le.CYP1 was prepared from the recombinant yeast and the Le.CYP1 was analyzed.
