در این پژوهش ویژگی های کروموزومی سه جمعیت مختلف از گونهstachys lavandulifolia vahl  با استفاده از رنگ آمیزی مریستم انتهایی ریشه با هماتوکسیلین مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. کاریوگرام هر جمعیت تهیه و ویژگی های کروموزومی آنها شامل تعداد کروموزوم، طول بازوهای کوچک و بزرگ، شاخص نسبت بازو و طول نسبی برای هر کروموزوم اندازه گیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد کروموزوم در همه جمعیت های مورد آزمایش 68=n2 است ...
