Wereport a rare case of ruptured intercostal arteriovenous fistula in a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1. The patient presented with severe back pain. Angiography revealed ruptured intercostal arteriovenous fistulas. Successful coil embolization to occlude the fistulas and the aneurysm resulted in successful recovery of the patient.

Infective coronary artery aneurysm is extremely rare and ruptured aneurysm is life-threatening. We report a case of ruptured coronary artery aneurysm, which was successfully treated by the patch closure technique and coronary artery bypass grafting. A 25year old P2+1 woman presented to the gynaecology emergency unit at the Federal Medical Centre Gombe with a one day history of abdominal pain and dizziness. Ultrasound scan diagnosis was that of acute ruptured ectopic pregnancy. She had emergency exploratory laparotomy with right oophorectomy. Histology revealed ruptured corpus luteum cyst.
