We construct a prototype of topcolor–assisted technicolor in which, although both top and bottom quarks acquire some mass from extended technicolor, strong U(1) couplings of technifermions are isospin symmetric and all gauge anomalies vanish. There is a mechanism for mixing between the light and heavy generations and there need be no very light pseudo– Goldstone bosons.

An extremely light scalar weakly interacting with light neutrinos has interesting consequences in stellar evolution, neutrino oscillations and laboratory neutrino mass measurements. In this paper we construct realistic gauge models for such scalar-neutrino interactions.

In supergravity theories with a very light gravitino, the gluino decays dominantly to a gluon and a gravitino. This results in a much larger missing ET for the multijet final states in hadronic colliders. We use the latest Tevatron data for the multijet final states to set a new absolute lower bound of 3.0 × 10 GeV for the light gravitino mass.
