Oculodentodigitalis dysplasia (ODDD) is an extremely rare inherited disorder involving the development of the face, eyes, teeth and limbs. In addition, some patients develop neurological problems mostly a spastic paraparesis associated with white matter abnormalities on magnetic resonance imaging. This report describes a patient with epilepsy, a rare neurologic manifestation of this syndrome.

A former amateur diver presented with a progressive paraparesis. Thirteen years previously he had developed acute spinal cord dysfunction immediately after dry hyperbaric exposure. He had completely recovered motor function in the intervening period. No alternative reason for the later decline emerged from detailed investigation.

We describe a case presenting complaint of complete lower body paraparesis, which was discovered to have splenic marginal zone lymphoma (SMZL). While paraneoplastic syndromes are more common in tumors, such as small cell lung cancer, very few reports exist on this condition with SMZL. As a cause of spinal cord compression, intramedullary spinal tuberculoma with central nervous system (CNS) involvement is rare. Aurthors report a 66-year-old female presented with multiple CNS tuberculomas including spinal intramedullary tuberculoma manifesting paraparesis and urinary dysfunction. Pneumorrhachis, caused by intraspinal air, is an exceptional but important radiographic finding that is accompanied by different etiologies. Pneumorrhachis, by itself, is usually asymptomatic and gets reabsorbed spontaneously. Therefore, the patients with pneumorrhachis are mostly managed conservatively.
