This paper mainly analyzes the stability of waste dump Zijinshan open-pit mine. ANSYS software was used to establish numerical model slope according geological report and real geographic conditions. The displacement, stress, plastic deformation in X Y directions under different number overburden layers strength reduction factor were obtained, so as obtain safety give operation measures.
