The phase space which is related to the motion of massive particle on 1+3- De sitter space is a 3-dimensional complex sphere. Our main aim in this study is discribing this movement in the frame quantum mechanics. Transfering from classical mechanic to quantum mechanics is possible by means of coherent states. Thus, after determination of this state, we quantize some of the classical observables.

Research on increasing the buckling strength of tanks carrying fluid and also cylindrical shells of thin-walled steel in civil engineering and mechanics is important. This is due to the widespread use of these structures in the industry. Due to the low thickness of the body and also due to the pressure forces entering these tanks, these structures are exposed to lateral buckling. In this resear...

Background: The emerging world of work requires the acquisition of a set of non-technical competencies with technical competencies in a career for sustainable employment. This paper aims at designing and validating a model for integrating the ethical components with technical competencies in curriculum based on competency in industrial mechanics’ branch. Method: The research approach is based ...

Springback is one of the most common and important issues in metal forming area. Due to the fact that springback depends on a variety of parameters, it is hard to predict. Hence, in this paper, the effect of continuum damage mechanics (CDM) on springback was investigated based on the Lemaitre isotropic unified damage law. Swift’s hardening law was employed to describe isotropic hardening behavi...

Weak values inferred from weak measurements have been proposed as a tool to investigate trajectories of pre- and post-selected quantum systems. Are the inferences drawn about past particle fully true? Can two-state vector formalism predict everything that standard mechanics can? To these questions we present “which-path” gedanken experiment in which information revealed by system is surprisingl...

One of the most striking features of quantum mechanics is the profound effect exerted by measurements alone. Sophisticated quantum control is now available in several experimental systems, exposing discrepancies between quantum and classical mechanics whenever measurement induces disturbance of the interrogated system. In practice, such discrepancies may frequently be explained as the back-acti...

Abstract: An experimental test of the “special state” theory of quantum measurement is proposed. It should be feasible with present-day laboratory equipment and involves a slightly elaborated Stern–Gerlach setup. The “special state” theory is conservative with respect to quantum mechanics, but radical with respect to statistical mechanics, in particular regarding the arrow of time. In this arti...

In this paper I give a new information-theoretic analysis of the formalisms and interpretations of quantum mechanics (QM) in general, and of two mainstream interpretations of quantum mechanics in particular: The Copenhagen interpretation and David Bohm’s interpretation of quantum mechanics. Adopting Juan G. Roederer’s reading of the notion of pragmatic information, I argue that pragmatic inform...
