Prosthetic rehabilitation of patients with acquired defects the maxilla presents a challenging task for prosthodontist. These goals are achieved by early diagnosis, definitive interdisciplinary management, and restoration defect prosthesis. This case report describes complete prosthodontic rare monostotic fibrous dysplasia right in middle-aged woman.
