本研究目的は，バランス能力に対して転倒自己効力感が低下した転倒経験のある高齢者において，自己効力感が過度に低下している生活動作を明らかにすることとした。対象は地域在住高齢者144名とし，評価は質問紙検査として転倒自己効力感尺度（FSE）と過去１年間の転倒経験の有無を調査した。バランス能力は，Mini-BESTest を測定した。 非転倒群と転倒群を比較した結果，FSE の点数とMini-BESTest の点数に有意差は認められなかった。転倒群においてバランス能力とFSE が一致している群（一致群）とバランス能力に対してFSE が低下している群（乖離群）を比較した。その結果，乖離群は一致群と比較して，FSE の合計点，「しゃがむ」，「歩きにくい履物で歩く」，「手すり無し階段昇降」の項目で有意な低値を示し，それらの効果量は大きかった。以上のことから，バランス能力に対してFSE が低い地域...
