We prove the existence of solutions for the differential inclusion ẋ(t) ∈ F (t, x(t)) + f(t, x(t)) for a multifunction F upper semicontinuous with compact values contained in the generalized Clarke gradient of a regular locally Lipschitz function and f a Carathéodory function.

We present some integrals for vector measurable multifunctions with respect to a fuzzy measure obtained by scalarization. Calculus rules, relationships between these integrals and the vector integrals defined until now and some convergence results are presented. We provide a new sufficient condition for strong invariance for differential inclusions, under very general conditions on the dynamics, in terms of a Hamiltonian inequality. In lieu of the usual Lipschitzness assumption on the multifunction, we assume a feedback realization condition that can in particular be satisfied for measurable dynamics that are neither upper nor lower semicontinuous.
