A combination of crystallography, biochemistry, and gene expression analysis identifies the coactivator subcomplex Med8C/18/20 as a functionally distinct submodule of the Mediator head module. Med8C forms a conserved alpha-helix that tethers Med18/20 to the Mediator. Deletion of Med8C in vivo results in dissociation of Med18/20 from Mediator and in loss of transcription activity of extracts. De...

The Hardy space on the unit ball in C provides examples of a quasi-free, finite rank Hilbert module which contains a pure submodule isometrically isomorphic to the module itself. For n = 1 the submodule has finite codimension. In this note we show that this phenomenon can only occur for modules over domains in C and for finitely-connected domains only for Hardy-like spaces, the bundle shifts. M...

In this paper, we obtain the Rényi entropy rate for irreducible-aperiodic Markov chains with countable state space, using the theory of countable nonnegative matrices. We also obtain the bound for the rate of Rényi entropy of an irreducible Markov chain. Finally, we show that the bound for the Rényi entropy rate is the Shannon entropy rate.

A unified axiomatic approach to the representation theory of Coxeter groups and their Hecke algebras was presented in [1]. Combinatorial aspects of this construction are studied in this paper. In particular, the symmetric group case is investigated in detail. The resulting representations are completely classified and include the irreducible ones.

We construct the Specht modules and prove that they completely characterize the irreducible representations of the symmetric group. We will prove certain properties of these representations using combinatorial tools (such as calculating the dimension using Hook’s length formula). Only an introductory knowledge of group theory and linear algebra will be assumed and representation theory concepts...

In this paper, we introduce the concept of a quasi-radical semi prime submodule. Throughout work, assume that is commutative ring with identity and left unitary R- module. A proper submodule called (for short Q-rad-semiprime), if for , ,and then . Where intersection all submodules

We introduce " chain by chain " method for constructing the constraint structure of a system possessing both first and second class constraints. We show that the whole constraints can be classified into completely irreducible first or second class chains. We found appropriate redefinition of second class constraints to obtain a symplectic algebra among them.

in this paper we introduce two-wavelet constants for square integrable representations of homogeneous spaces. we establishthe orthogonality relations for square integrable representationsof homogeneous spaces which give rise to the existence of aunique self adjoint positive operator on the set of admissiblewavelets. finally, we show that this operator is a constant multiple of identity operator...

We consider the problem of classifying irreducible Specht modules for the Iwahori–Hecke algebra of type B with parameters Q, q. We solve this problem completely in the case where q is not a root of unity, and in the case q = −1 we reduce the problem to the corresponding problem in type A.

We provide a detailed analysis of atomic ∗-representations of rank 2 graphs on a single vertex. They are completely classified up to unitary equivalence, and decomposed into a direct sum or direct integral of irreducible atomic representations. The building blocks are described as the minimal ∗-dilations of defect free representations modelled on finite groups of rank 2.
