This study reports a rare case of broad ligament abdominal ectopic pregnancy (EP). Interventions included preoperative transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography operative laparoscopy. Successful extraction the EP, followed by suturing mesosalpinx, was performed. Laparoscopic fertility-preservation treatment EP is valuable for women during childbearing period.
