【目的】透析前に透析量を予測することはいまだ困難である．本研究では透析前のデータから透析後BUN値を予測する機械学習モデルを開発し，その精度と有用性を評価した．【方法】当施設における2020年5月～2022年5月に血液透析を受けた患者の採血，患者特徴，透析データを収集した．機械学習モデルはXGBoostを用いてランダムに分割された全体の70％の患者で学習し，残り30％の患者でテストした．さらに，shapley additive explanationsを利用し特徴量重要度を計算した．【結果】患者246人の935透析データを対象とした．機械学習モデルの精度はR2（決定係数）＝0.87であった．予測に最も影響を与える上位3変数は透析前BUN値，透析前体重，血流量であった．【結論】本研究で開発した機械学習モデルは透析後BUN値を高精度に予測でき，その値からKt/Vの推定に応用できる可能性が...
