این تحقیق جهت بررسی اولتراسونوگرافی داپلر رنگی، طیفی و اولتراسونوگرافی داپلر رنگی سه بعدی قلب جنین در یک سوم انتهایی آبستنی در 7 قلاده سگ انجام شده است. این سگ ها همگی سالم با میانگین وزنی و انحراف معیار 89/1±9/14 کیلوگرم از نژاد مخلوط بودند و آبستنی آنها بیشتر از 40 روز بود. آبستنی توسط اولتراسونوگرافی دوبعدی و تخمین سن جنین با روش اندازه گیری bi-parietal diameter(bpd) تأیید شدند.سگ های انتخاب...
